Lives and works in Hiroshima. He has been a DJ for many years and has been making beats since 2019, having been heavily influenced by underground hip-hop for some time. In the midst of the DTM heyday, he collects vintage samplers such as the E-MU SP-1200 and makes full use of them, preferring the unique sound quality of the equipment.
He is obsessed with warm textures sampled from vinyl records and thick, classic BOOMBAP style drums.
His beat album "1200 BRAIN" consisting only of SP-1200 +S950, released in July 2022, sold out in less than a month.
Collaborations with various artists are planned in the future.
【Deadchannel9000 Plofile】
Beat maker living in Chofu City, Tokyo, Japan. He started producing beats influenced by underground hip-hop in the 90's. After a short break from production, he resumed beat production in earnest in 2020. The beats produced with his main equipment MPC2000 are composed of 100% sampling, and he is strongly concerned with a thick, rough, boombap sound. He has released one single, two EPs, and three albums, and in 2021, he participated in "The Foundation Producer Series" organized by <Beat Tape Co-Op> in California and released an album. He plans to release more albums in the future.
